Phoebe was the daughter of John Bannister and Elizabeth nee Bishop. She is mentioned on this site as Elizabeth later married Thomas Freebody, and Phoebe is mentioned in the 1851 Census as being with them. On the 30th November 1858 Phoebe married James Lane (1819 - 1884).
